All lessons are 2 hours long and begin immediately at the scheduled time. If a student is late that time will not be adjusted and end the lesson at the set end time. If the instructor arrives to the appointment late, the student will still be given their full 2 hours and the times will be adjusted accordingly.
We provide one on one private lessons that are tailored to each individual. All of our lessons include free pick and drop off. We offer lessons 7 days a week during early morning and late afternoon times. Our team is composed of male and female instructors who speak both English and Spanish. We are knowledgeable on the dmv routes and will be available to prepare students for their driving exams. All of our vehicles are equipped with dual control pedals and have been safely inspected vehicles by a certified mechanic, fully bonded and insured.
PLEASE NOTE ALL LESSONS MUST BE TAKEN WITHIN 6 MONTHS FROM THE DATE THE PACKAGE IS PURCHASED. If the student is unable to complete their package before the 6 months, a $105 fee will apply to reinstate the package. If after 12 months the package has not been reinstated then it will be considered abandoned and will no longer be eligible for reinstatement. There will be a $64 cancellation fee if a student cancels within 48 hours of their scheduled appointment. If the student is not present for their scheduled appointment then the lesson will count as hours taken and will not be rescheduled. Payments are not refundable, there are no exceptions.
Behind the wheel driving test appointments vary by location, please refer to our list of dmv offices for more information. This driving test package includes one hour of pre-test preparation. This practice hour begins at pick up time and additional driving time can be negotiated. Service ends at the end of the drive test and the instructor will drive you back to the pick up location. This package only covers one test appointment. If the results of the test are a no pass and the student would like to use the vehicle for a second time the same fees will apply. If DMV refuses to honor your appointment for reasons outside of our control the fees will not be refunded and a new payment will be required for a follow up appointment. CNC will only honor your appointment if we failed to provide all necessary paperwork, car malfunctions, arriving late, expired paperwork, etc. The client is responsible for all DMV fees. Any changes, cancellations, rescheduling must be done during business hours which are Monday through Saturday from 9am to 5pm.
