Refunds for all behind the wheel drivers training lessons and courses will not be issued if any of the lessons have been paid, commenced or completed. All driving lessons must be completed within 12 months from the date of purchase. Students may use their own vehicle depending on the judgment of the instructor; however our school will not be held responsible for any damages, accidents, or citations. Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled appointment time will be subject to a $65 fee in order to reschedule future appointments. All returned checks will be subject to a $30 fee. All at fault accidents in our vehicles will be covered by our liability insurance; however 1 point will be put on the driver’s record. If a student commits a moving violation during a lesson and is cited by a police officer, the ticket will go to the driver.

A student may not bring another passenger during the lesson. All duplicate certificates are $65 each. Our office staff and instructors have the right to refuse service or stop the class at anytime if the student acts up during a lesson or while in our facility. If any time remains it will not be honored (minors: parents will be notified if applicable). All students will be evaluated at the end of every lesson in order to keep students informed of their progress.
